Phil has indeed won sexiest man alive once again for Bass Player magazine! He’d like to thank his cat and his missus (not necessarily in that order), for all their support over the years. Congrats Phil, you sexy beast you! His centerfold will be coming out in next months issue. Do. Not. Miss. That!

Oh, and we gots ourselves a new singer! People of earth, please welcome your class of 2023 for The Dead Set, now including on vocals, all the way from western Sydney with the voice of an angel and a chainsaw all wrapped up in one… The new cherry on top of the whipped cream on top of the ice cream that sits upon the warm apple pie that is The Dead Set…. SUZI MANNING!!!!!!

Suzi likes long walks on the beach (don’t we all), and is an avid collector of TV Week magazine…. so niche! She once won Deal or No Deal and you wouldn’t know to look at her but her hands have been registered as deadly weapons by the federal government so… don’t mess with her at gigs ok? I’m sure all of this is true but it probably isn’t. We’re still getting to know her too you know. So come along to all of our gigs so you can find out more about Suzi.
